I'm a senior UX researcher, UX manager, and UX leader. I've spent my career helping product leaders, designers, and developers move products forward using the user ceentered processes in staffing, government, higher education, and other industries.
My work combines qualitative research with behavioral data. Both tell different parts of the story. I'm equally comfortable running studies, facilitating a stakeholder alignment sessions, exploring how AI is changing the UX research landscape, or coaching a junior UX professionals.
When I'm not working on deliverables, I'm thinking about how UX teams can make an impact in their companies. It truly is a unique mindset that adds value to any company.
