I'm a UX leader and mixed-methods researcher with a career built on making the complex feel simple. I've led research programs and design teams across industries, translating messy real-world problems into insights that actually move products forward.
My approach bridges deep qualitative inquiry with behavioral data — because neither tells the whole story on its own. I'm equally comfortable running a 30-person diary study, facilitating a stakeholder alignment session, or coaching a junior researcher through their first moderated usability test.
When I'm not in the field, I'm thinking about how research teams can operate with less friction and more impact — because the best research in the world doesn't matter if it doesn't reach the right people at the right time.
