UX Leader & Senior UX Researcher
I turn ambiguous problems into clear decisions.
View My Work →About
I'm a UX leader and mixed-methods researcher. I've spent my career turning messy, ambiguous problems into decisions that actually move products forward — across staffing, government, and higher education.
My work combines deep qualitative inquiry with behavioral data. Both tell different parts of the story. I'm equally comfortable running a remote diary study, facilitating a stakeholder alignment session, or coaching a junior researcher through their first moderated test.
When I'm not in the field, I'm thinking about how research teams can work with less friction — because good research that no one acts on is just expensive documentation.
Selected Work
Building a self-service client portal for Randstad, launched across 10+ countries — and the research that shaped it.
How making research a shared team experience changed the way insights became action on the c-one portal.
Researching the recruiter side of a global staffing platform — and pushing back on business goals that didn't match reality.
Redesigning a US state judicial branch website to serve everyday people — not just lawyers.
Rebuilding the NC Judicial Branch intranet from the ground up — fixing the structure, search, and naming chaos employees had worked around for years.
Card sorts, tree testing, and usability research for UW-Madison's School of Pharmacy — from IA validation to post-launch measurement.
